When we arrived they had only reserved 1 table of 6 instead of the 16 and when we asked for something to be done we were shifted to 2 very old and tired trestle tables with no table cloths and no heating. We then ordered food and were inforned not all food was still available and meals were bought out in large gaps in time so we could not enjoy a mother's day meal together 1 meal was totally forgotten and 4 meals had to be chased up.
When I booked our table I was told they had 2 seatings so they could decorate the tables and each mother was to get a little gift. Our tables were not decorated and no gifts given.
It was our 1st and last experience here. Very disappointing especially on such a special day with 4 mothers in attendance.
